Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Creator Collab (the "app"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. Creator Collab is currently offered as a beta and is provided as-is.

1. Who can use it

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding agreement. You are responsible for your account and for keeping access to your email secure.

2. Your account and profile

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. You are responsible for the content you post, the connections you make, and the arrangements you enter into with other users (including shoots and cost-splits).

3. Acceptable use

• Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, or abuse other users.
• Do not post unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Do not scrape, spam, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
• Do not misuse messaging or connection requests.

We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create. You grant us a limited licence to host, display, and process it solely to operate the app (for example, showing your profile to other users or generating AI suggestions you request).

5. AI features

The app can generate suggestions (outreach openers, shot/prop/set lists, moodboards) using AI. These are suggestions only; you are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to use or send them.

6. Collaborations between users

Creator Collab helps creators and brands find and coordinate with each other. We are not a party to any agreement, shoot, payment, or arrangement you make with another user, and we are not responsible for the conduct of other users.

7. Third-party links and shop

The app may link to external services, including the supplements shop, which operate under their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

8. Beta software

The app is provided "as is" during beta, without warranties of any kind. Features may change, break, or be removed. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the beta.

9. Termination

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or to protect the service or other users.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. The "last updated" date reflects the current version.
